Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days

  • Canada: 7 to 12 business days

  • International: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

  • Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

BeautyTheSense is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Customs and Duties

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
