30 Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used press on nails.

Opened beauty products.

Items damaged through misuse.

Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the item.

Photos of the packaging if damaged.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
